Just got this forward from a pal and it’s worth reading especially to ma fellow male counterpart. It’s more about the little bit of things we fail to do or understand sometime when it come to the special someone in your/my ka-life:
When she walks away from you mad
[ Follow her ]
When she stare’s at your mouth
[ Kiss her ]
When she pushes you or hit’s you
[ Grab her and don't let go ]
When she start’s cursing at you
[ Kiss her and tell her you love her ]
When she’s quiet
[ Ask her whats wrong ]
When she ignores you
[ Give her your attention ]
When she pull’s away
[ Pull her back ]
When you see her at her worst
[ Tell her she's beautiful ]

This turned out to be a very sad weekend; Legendary singer/songwriter Isaac Hayes and Comedian Bernie Mac passed away. Isaac died yesterday (Sunday) at the age of 65 and he is well remembered for the iconic theme song for the movie shaft.
Soul legend Isaac Hayes, who won Grammy and Academy awards for the theme to the 1971 film “Shaft” and voiced the character “Chef” in the hit comedy series “South Park,” died yesterday in Memphis, Tennessee. He was 65.
Family members found Hayes laying unconscious next to a running treadmill in his basement around 1 p.m. local time, said Steve Shular, a spokesman for the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office in a telephone interview. Hayes was pronounced dead at Baptist East Hospital. No autopsy is planned, Shular said.
While Mac died on Saturday at the age of 50 due to complications from pneumonia. In Kenya, he will be well remembered for his sitcom The Bernie Mac Show which used to be aired on KTN.
Bernie Mac’s publicist says the actor and comedian has died. The entertainer passed early Saturday morning at Northwestern Memorial hospital after recently being hospitalized for pneumonia.
Bernard McCullough or Bernie Mac as his fans knew him, was known for his edge and off-color comedy routines. Mac made many supporting appearances in films during the 90’s such as “Friday” and “Booty Call,” but it was his recent acting in blockbusters like the ‘Oceans Eleven’ franchise and ‘Transformers’ which rocketed the comedian to super stardom.
Mac had several movies coming out in the coming months including “Soul Men” with Isaac Hayes and Samuel L. Jackson and “Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa” starring Ben Stiller, David Schwimmer and Chris Rock.
The 22 year-old Filipino-Mexican-West-Indian-African-American graces two steamy covers for August/September issue of Complex Magazine. The Bad Boy Cassie set some things straight in an interview with the magazine and here are some extract:
What’s the harshest thing that’s been said about you?
Cassie: “She’s fucking for checks.” I don’t fuck for checks—I’d rather live on the street.
But is your single “Official Girl” a marketing ploy to cash in on the rumor that you and Diddy are dating?
Cassie: Nope. It wasn’t planned. It was just a song I really loved that I heard. Nobody will ever know who “Official Girl” is about. They think it’s about certain people but it’s not. Anything that happens in my personal life is personal. I never actually put anything out there. Nobody’s really known who I’ve dated.
What’s your definition of an “official girl”?
Cassie: I hear it going a few different ways. For me, I’ve experienced it where being in public, it’s more about keeping your private life private.
So, are you somebody’s official girl?
Cassie: I might be. [Laughs.] I’m not in a relationship right now, but I’m 22. I’m dating people. I’m not one to be like, “I’m dating that guy and that guy.” I don’t want it to be about who I’m dating. I want people to take my career more seriously.
